I have worked at a Nissan/Suzuki dealer for 10 years, know a little how it works if need free tips.

A big wish would be to be able to build/design the property/building with sales, workshop and parts departments.
Config the layout with offices, car lifts etc.

And make it simulation with "bad times" like now with the Corona where you have to reduce staff with limited leave or fire staff. Make it a challenge

I did like the first game, even tho it gets repeatedly its this kind of game i have missed for many years.

Thanks for your input! This game is going to be drastically different from the first. Will have lots of options and lots of properties to own. It definitely needs to be harder ("hard times") and not just find the winning formula and put it on cruise control.

There will be trucks and different size vehicles but this game is not a car design/builder game. It is a buy and sell game, like a dealership.
